Acceptable Use & Copyright Policy

Digigift is for sharing warm, personal messages. To keep it safe for everyone, you must not use it to create, upload or share:

• Content that harasses, threatens, stalks, defames or targets a person or group.
• Sexually explicit content, or any sexual content involving minors (which we report to the authorities).
• Hate speech, or content that promotes violence or self-harm.
• Photos or personal information of someone without their consent, or private information about others.
• Spam, scams, phishing, malware, or gifts designed to mislead the recipient about who sent them.
• Content that you do not have the right to use, including photos, text or other material owned by someone else.

Reporting

If you receive a gift that breaks these rules, or you appear in one without consent, email hello@digigift.ganeshmurali.dev with the gift link. We review reports promptly and may disable a gift while we do.

Copyright and takedown

We respect intellectual property. To report infringing content, send us: the link to the gift; a description of the work you own; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorised; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them. Send it to hello@digigift.ganeshmurali.dev. We may remove the gift and, for repeat infringers, close their access.

Music and audio

Where audio support is offered, you may only upload music or recordings that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload copyrighted songs without a licence.

Enforcement

We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice, and without refund where the breach is serious. Repeated or serious breaches may be reported to the authorities.
