Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your gift. Because a gift is a digital product that is published immediately after payment, the rules below apply.

Before you pay

Building and previewing is free. You are only charged when you press the payment button, and your gift is only published after payment is confirmed.

Failed or duplicate payments

• If a payment fails, your gift stays saved as a draft and you can retry. If money was debited, the payment provider normally reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days.
• If you were charged more than once for the same gift, email us with the payment reference and we will refund the extra charge in full.

When we refund

• The gift could not be published or does not work because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time.
• You request a refund within 7 days of payment and the gift link has not been opened by anyone else.
• We remove a gift for a reason that is not a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

When we do not refund

After a gift has been shared and opened, or where we remove it for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy, the purchase is final. Changing your mind after sharing is not a reason for refund, but you can edit or delete your gift at any time.

Consumers in the EU, UK and other regions

Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, that right does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately once you have expressly asked for it and acknowledged that you lose the right to withdraw. At checkout we ask you to confirm exactly that, because your gift is published as soon as your payment is confirmed. This does not affect any rights you have if the gift is faulty or not as described — in those cases we will fix it or refund you.

Currencies and timing

Refunds are made in the currency you paid in, to the original payment method. Card refunds usually reach you in 5–10 business days and UPI/net-banking refunds in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. Exchange-rate differences on your card statement are outside our control.

How refunds work

Email hello@digigift.ganeshmurali.dev from the address you used at checkout, with your gift link. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically reach you in 5–7 working days. The gift link is deactivated when a refund is processed.

Cancellation

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Delete a gift from your dashboard whenever you like.
